Located in the village of Highwood, this steel girder bridge crosses Bloom Street at the intersection of Green Bay Road.
Built in 1929, the bridge features a steel stringer and girder hybrid span. This span is set onto concrete substructures.
This bridge is unusual, especially because it is considered to be a through girder. The unusual design is actually closer to a steel stringer in appearance.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in fair condition. No major deterioration was noted on the bridge.

The author has ranked this bridge as being minimally significant, due to the common design.
